A great fit for an Assistant Community Director will have strong customer service skills, good time management skills, a background in sales and/or marketing, experience with conflict resolution, and the ability to effectively multi-task; have basic bookkeeping experience and intermediate computer skills.

As an Assistant Community Director, responsibilities include:
• Touring of units with perspective residents
• Customer relations
• Maintaining knowledge of the current area market
• Hosting of community events
• Assisting residents from beginning through end of the rental process
• Daily bank deposits
• Maintaining delinquent accounts
• Purchase orders
• Month end closing of accounts
Hours-Must be available-Mon-Fri-9am-6pm & Ssaturday's-9am-5pm
