MSHN Enterprises LLC is having a Job Fair on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 10 am to 2pm. Come prepared to interview on the spot. We are hiring for:

•MEDICAL ASSISTANT - pay is $9.50 per hour
•CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT - pay is $9.50 per hour
•DSP (Direct Support Professional) - no experience necessary for this position. - pay is $8.20 per hour

We are currently hiring for 4pm to Midnight and Midnight to 8am. Our shifts rotate, 4 days on, 2 days off. You MUST be able to work this rotation.

Our Office is located at 5901 Shelby Oaks Dr. Suite #160.

The following are minimum requirements for each position at MSHN Enterprises:
•Must be 18 years of age or older
•Valid Divers license or state ID
•Successful completion of a drug screen
•Background results within company standards (i.e. no assault, bodily harm, possession of weapons or drug charge)
•High School Diploma or GED (or certificate/ diploma of highest level of education)
•Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first thirty days of employment
•Must have a TB-Skin test result or complete test through MSHN within the first thirty days of employment

Core MA/CNA Job Responsibilities:
•Assess residents as needed for complaints/routine checks/follow up care.
•ASSIST residents with insulin, blood sugar checks, or any other injections as needed.
•Ensure resident medical charts, MARs are correctly filled out and complete.
•Alert assigned Nurse Staff to any documentation discrepancies, refusal of medications, or missing medications.
•Perform at least 2 random spot checks of MARs for errors or missing information during each shift worked.
•Set yourself as model for how DSP should handle residents' medical concerns and treatment plans

Medication Assistance:
Adhere to policy and procedure of Medication Assistance as overviewed in Medication Assistance documentation.

Resident Safety:
Ensure residents are safe and not in the way of danger always.

Documentation and Communication:
Always complete accurate, thorough documentation in a timely manner.

Time and Attendance:
Be on time and ready to work for your shift.

•Medical, dental, vision and life insurance is available after 60 days for full time continuous employment.
