WHAT KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED?
-Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
-Must be able to Read and Write both English and Spanish
-Passion and interest for sales and customer satisfaction is essential for your success
-Strong communication and listening skills with a high degree to professionalism and ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
-Using appropriate sales strategies to achieve your sales goals
-Utilizes good decision making to take initiative to resolve Oportun's customer concerns and making their experience unforgettably positive
-Comfortable with initiating conversations and following up with customers in-person and over the phone

-Need to be flexible for scheduling (Stores are open 7 days a week typically between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
-High School diploma or equivalent preferred
