Job Fair- Inbound Phone Sales and Inbound Customer Support-Call Center

Inbound Phone Sales: Job duties include answering incoming calls from our customers regarding: pricing, availability, some service, some simple tech questions, and placing orders. These calls are to be answered in an upbeat professional manner with customer satisfaction as the #1 objective. Candidates must have knowledge of automotive aftermarket and high performance industry. Candidates should be able to recognize, pursue, and capitalize on sales opportunities. Must have good communication skills and some customer service background.
Inbound Phone Sales: Job duties include providing customer service to our customers via our call center. All calls are inbound. Calls will consist of the following or more: shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds and package tracking. The calls are to be answered in an upbeat, professional manner with customer satisfaction as the number one objective. Other duties to be assigned as needed.
Employees begin with 7 weeks of paid on-the-job training. We prepare you to advance to Summit Racing's Senior Phone Sales positions. This is a full time, 2nd Shift Position.
((The 7 week training period hours for Inbound Phone Sales are 8:30a-5:00p.))
((The 4 week training period hours for Inbound Customer Support are 1:30a-10:00p.))
