On site interviews will be held January 16th -19th, 2018 from 10 am. - 4 pm.

We currently have the following positions available: Coordinator (Hilo)

Administrative Coordinator:
*Takes an active role in the hiring process by scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and partnering on the onboarding of new Associates including Skills Testing
*Ensures accuracy and timeliness of new hire paperwork
*Maintains Associate personnel files and Associate Record Cards, including required forms and signatures according to company guidelines
*Maintains all store files, utilizing appropriate company resources and tools
*Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides periodic progress updates
*Trains Associates on Cash Office Administration and related company policies and procedures
*Performs all daily Cash Office functions including reconciling register funds, researching variances, preparing deposits, and monitoring cashier compliance and applicable paperwork
*Assists in the scheduling process by entering requests for time off, Associate availability, job sets and daily timecard edits
*Conducts monthly supply requisition, maintaining proper inventory and organization of all supplies
*Supports the management team in Motivational Programs and maintenance of Associate Lounge
*Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals, programs, and completes shrink program-related paperwork
*Identifies and communicates alert signals and potential safety issues to management and loss prevention
*Full Time

Backroom Coordinator:
*Orchestrates receipt of warehouse truck and manages processing of the merchandise
*Organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment
*Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the backroom
*Leads by example, providing prompt and courteous service
*Communicates effectively with Management and store Associates
*Trains store Associates on processing procedures
*Full Time
Qualifications:
*Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
*Leadership, takes ownership, can direct others
*Self motivated, works quickly and efficiently on multiple tasks
*Responsible, dependable and honest
*Professional appearance
*Strong written and verbal skills
*Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching overhead, bending, twisting
*Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Customer Service Coordinator:
*Responsible for operational controls of the Front Line Service Desk and Jewelry
*Ensures Front Line Associates provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers
*Resolves customer service issues appropriately and competently
*Audits and approves all necessary Front Line paperwork
*Responsible for training and developing store Associates on customer service standards, register procedures and proper Front Line procedures and controls
*Full Time/Part Time

Merchandise Coordinator:
*Responsible for establishing and executing merchandising plans and priorities
*Ensures fresh flow of merchandise from backroom to sales floor
*Ensures execution and maintenance of all merchandising standards (e.g., sizing, categorizing, signing, no tickets, mis-mates, damages, recovery, directives and planograms).
*Leads by example, providing prompt and courteous customer service
*Communicates effectively with Management and store Associates
*Trains store Associates on proper merchandising procedures and markdowns
*Full Time
